Since the entire book is a new experience for me, I am very interested and excited about it.
One of the things that exited me is a chapter talks about " Cultural Differences". It shows how certain gestures have different meanings in different cultures in the world. For example, victory sign (V) means "victory" in Germany, "peace" in France, but it has really bad meaning in Britain, Australia, New Zealand, and Malta! Another example, thumb up means "One" in Europe and "good" or "OK" widespread. However, it has a bad meaning in Australia! (p: 107 - 111)
That's really surprised me! Normal gesture in may culture could put me in a bad situation in other culture!!!
I am still excited about this book because it still surprises me with new information and helps me to understand others.
The victory sign was invented in Britain by Winston Churchil. I'm doubting the information.
